Cache and Complianz

    Hi there,

    How is your plugin handling cache plugins as WP Super Cache if I combine scripts? Is they loaded properly when some has to be loaded after consent and some can be loaded before consent? Anything I should be aware of?

    Hi Peter,

    It works with all caching plugins, as Complianz unlocks all scripts client side. If you want to block a specific script which is loaded from your own website, and this script does not support the WP Consent API, you need to exclude this script from concatenation with other scripts. If a script is blocked as ‘script.js’, but the caching plug-in loads ‘cached-12345.js’, Complianz can’t find and block it.

    Alternatively you can ask the developer to use the Consent API we developed, which will soon become WordPress core. In that case there are no restrictions.
