    Report: EWCMXIDM

    Confirmed issue resolves when LiteSpeed is disabled, or when purging cache (problem reappears shortly afterwards).

    Have disabled all optimization options (these have been disabled from the beginning)

    Problem:

    Site loads fine initially. If the user navigates through the website and returns to the home page, the homepage is blank (except for the navigation bar). Intermittently this issue also happens to other pages in the website. The only way to fix this issue is for the user to refresh the page, or if I purge the cache.

    When you see page is blank , could you please open dev tool and see if there is anything shows up ?

    Could you please try reset to default setting and see how it goes ?

    After reset, please purge all and check how it goes.

    Default settings for the LiteSpeed cache, yes? If so, will this clear our image optimisation also?

    Hi,

    Yes, for image optimization , after reset you may have to re-enable the options you have set in Media menu , like webp generation , webp replacement …etc

    Reset to defaults and cleared cache – haven’t changed any other settings.

    Still having an issue though unfortunately.

    Hi,

    In Optimize tab , about bottom of that page, there is an option called “Exclude JQuery” , is it ON or OFF ?

    It’s come ON since resetting to defaults, but I had originally switched it to OFF.

    Now please go to debug tab , set “Disable All feature” to “ON”

    Please let me know once you have set it to ON.
