Hi guys, I’m having issues with clearing the cache.

No matter what I do, no style/design updates when I clear cache, even deleting manually both cache folders and redis.

Its also set not to cache logged in users but it does.

When I deactivate Hummingbird all correct changes show.

If you need login details i will have to send you a private link, its a staging build so its password protected.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cjsheps

    Hope you are doing fine!

Deleting the cache folders should be enough to make the changes visible in the site. These folders hold the cache files that are served by Hummingbird to reduce the load in the server.

Also, by default, the logged users should skip the cache in the site as well. As a first step we’d recommend a quick plugin/theme conflict test to determine if Hummingbird is presenting a conflict with another plugin or theme in the site. Make sure you have recent backups of the staging site before proceeding with the test. To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test.

Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Hummingbird and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the issue. You can also check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above. https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif.

Also, check if there is any cache setting on the server side that could be temporarily disabled while performing the test.

Let know the results of the conflict test to provide further help.

    Kind regard

    Luis
