Cache Enabler scheme based prefixed index.html bug ?

with Cache Enabler 1.4.6 seems the scheme prefix has a bug in that non-https http wordpress sites still get https-index.html generated cache files instead of http-index.html https://github.com/keycdn/cache-enabler/issues/108
