Cache Folder essential?

  • Hello,

    as I use duplicator to backup my website, I would like to know if the “cache” folder in wp-content is essential for a restore or not?
    Everytime I analyze the package Duplicator is about to create, I get warned by the size of the folder “cache” and also about some file names with invalid characters created in the cache/page-enhanced folder.
