Cache Folder Grows Wildly

do you often clear the cache?

I’m not sure how often my client clears it. I went in and cleared it and the temp folder remained. I deleted it, but I believe it had hundreds of subfolders.

What exactly does “cleared in time” mean? There were some old files in there.
