Cache folder not writable

    Hi,

    We get these messages on WordPress-
    1. The cache folder is not writable.
    2. The connections-images folder is not writable.

    I followed the documentation listed under FAQ by making the folders writable. But still have the same Issue.

    Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

    If the suggestions in the FAQs did not help, your best bet is to reach out to your webhost support team to ask why that folder is not writable. They should be able to correct it easily/quickly for you.
