Cache is automatically adding to the url

Plugin is working fine, but the problem is a cache is getting added to the end of the url automatically for every pages and posts example if this is the url https://in.bookmyfunction.com/blog/ it will come as https://in.bookmyfunction.com/blog/#sthash.8g4mhRmC.dpbs
Actual url: https://in.bookmyfunction.com/blog/questions-answers-on-wedding-party-halls-in-chennai
With cache: https://in.bookmyfunction.com/blog/questions-answers-on-wedding-party-halls-in-chennai#sthash.F3sORrIS.dpbs
if I deactivate the plugin the site is working fine. Can you show me a permanent solution for this because I want to use this Plugin.
