    I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with the plugin. This error is something we could help you with. If your hosting provider has caching enabled at the server level, then you absolutely should be able to use the plugin for caching.

    Please post a support thread here, or create a ticket by sending email to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report, so that we can see specifically why you might be getting a cache not available message.
