Cache is not cleared for Non logged in user

we are using flatsome theme. we have installed your plugin.

currently we are facing this weird issue.
when we applys any changes to page using UX buider – it becomes available to logged in user.

But for non logged in user it keeps displing old version.
we tried to delete cache , delet page level cache, delete cache folder and check for almost all settings.

One more thing is that changes made with ux builder are being added in page as inlint script tag.

please provide us setting which can correct it .
