cache is not getting expired.

  • i have tried both mode “time based mode” and “action based mode” but the cache is not getting expired.
    i am using a RSS feed plugin and importing feeds, and i expect cache to be expired/clear when a feed is posted/impored as a post.

    Note: i am able to clear the cache manually, no issue with that, also just an FYI – i am using cloudflare.

    Please advise.

    If you disabled WP Cron than it can happen that expired cache is not cleared properly.

    However if crons are running, then cache should be cleared when it expires. If you use action based mode, then cache will be cleared only if post/page were updated, or stock has been changed for a product, etc.

    Alternatively you can use a clear cache cron:
