Strange behavior: I use the WP Fastest Cache plugin, and 9 times out of 10, I have to delete the cache for User Switching to work correctly.

When User Switching is not working correctly:
    – after switching, it takes me to the home page, https://thesinglegourmet.net
(when working correctly it takes me to the user’s dashboard with the url https://thesinglegourmet.net/dashboard/[username]/?redirect_to=https://thesinglegourmet.net/),
    – there is no “switch back” link at the bottom of the home page, or any event pages (made wit The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe)
    – when I go to the login page (https://thesinglegourmet.net/login/), it shows the user as logged in, and there *is* a switch back link at the bottom of the page
    – I cannot see elements of pages (e.g., tickets) that are restricted to a certain group that the user belongs to (using the Groups plugin), but…
    – I can see entire pages that are restricted to users of a certain group that the user belongs to, but the “switch back” link is not at the bottom of those pages

Here are the settings I use for WP Fastest Cache: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8i8kugmw4byv455/Screenshot%202019-09-10%2011.01.46.png?dl=0

Is there a particular setting that you see that might be causing this behavior?

In the meantime, I have disabled the plugin, and now the user switching is working well.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry you’re having problems. You’re probably better off asking the author of the caching plugin. I suspect that the caching issues you’re seeing won’t be restricted to User Switching and is likely caused by a combination of the caching and the custom login URL.
