Cache Issue

    On “some” phones my page looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/NzIRvB4

    As you can see, the styling is off, I think because some CSS commands by the theme are not being loaded.

    I am guessing that this is caused by incomplete caching/concatenation of CSS and JavaScript files. To verify, I turned the caching/concatenation off, by appending that ?ao_noptimize=1 parameter to the URL. When I then open the page again, the page looks like this for me: https://imgur.com/a/iDazkIo
