Cache issues

  • Hi, I have noticed that your plugin doesn’t work as it should in WP Engine hosted sites, I can add products to the quote and change their amount, but I’m unable to remove them from the list.

    I’ve requested to support to add cache exceptions as suggested in this forum and YITH documentation, and they even disabled cache for the whole site and it didn’t help, no cache plugins are being used by the way.

    Any clues or what could be happening or where to look for a solution.

    Noticed a weird behavior, if I add a product to the quote, then go to the list and click on delete product won’t be deleted, but if go back to the product detail page and click on the “Browse the list” link and then click on delete link product is deleted from list

    Are you tried to add this page https://stgnbhmachiner.wpengine.com/request-quote/ from cache exclusion list page ?

    Hi,
    Yes I did, I’ve requested to exclude the whole site from cache, if I’m not logged in it doesn’t work at all, have it installed in another servers and it works just perfect.
