Cache – Login Page

    I have embeded UM into an APP and most of users have come back with complaints that when they revisit web page after hours they are presented with a page that have profile pic /Your Account and Logout but when they click logout it takes them there and when they to login again …it becomes a bounce back ….This is caused by CACHE …what do i do in this case

    Hi @nikilitha,

    Can you please clarify what do you mean by “I have embedded UM into an APP”?
    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active on your server?
    Please make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
