Cache not cleared

Hi,

I use this plugin, but it never clears the cache (by accessing local files). I have all proper options as it wants, it has full rights to cache directories, but it doesn’t clear anything. There is nothing in PHP error log. How can I debug it to see what goes wrong?
It would really help if this plugin cleared the cache. Right now it doesn’t do anything.
