cache not deleting

Hi
the plugin used to work fine but in recent days after i make a change in a page/post even after deleting the cache and css the page load without any css rule. this only happen for a device that has that page open. even after hard reload and clearing cache it does not show the proper css. that is also true even when i’m logged in as admin.
i’m not sure the problem is with this plugin or it’s something else
