Cache not working, tried to contact support but no reply

  • I tried using it on my website, had a subscription, the cache is not detecting and I’ve been trying to contact support since the last 2 weeks with no response from their end. Looks like a common issue on Appsumo reviews too.

    The issue you’re experiencing is often related to hosting providers’ firewalls blocking requests from the BerqWP server. To resolve this, please whitelist our server IP: 137.184.121.65 on your hosting provider’s firewall settings. This should help in resolving the cache detection problem.
