I’m just a baby in this blogging/website world, so please be patient. When I try to customize the header and menus, the changes I make show up on the customizing area, but nothing changes on my site. I contacted the web hosting company, and they think it’s a problem with cache. How can I fix it so that when I change customization, it actually changes the site?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • There are two places caching takes place —

    • In the browser (in which case clear it, and possibly set it so that the cache is cleared when you close the browser)
    • On the server. Either your host is caching your site or you have a plugin doing that. You need to check your active plugins.

Your ISP should be able to help you with the second if you do not have any plugin caching for you.
