we are experiencing serious cache problems. We have installed various cache plugins but the site does not seem to update. To us of the staff, it is updated while in the anonymous mode it is not updated with an old site 1 week ago. I really don’t know what to do … I ask you kindly for help. If you need credentials or anything else, I am available.
    Thanks

Does it work when you clear the cache?

Also, please note that simply deactivating or deleting a caching plugin does not clear the cache, rather it leaves the site frozen in a cached state (each caching plugin has its own documented and complicated uninstall procedure).

    If you need credentials

No, do not offer that to anyone here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Ok, thank you! So what you recommend to do?
Because when I clear the cache it doesn’t work…

Ok, start by following the full uninstall procedures for each specific caching plugin you installed.

That should result in your site always displaying live dynamic content.

Hi! I’ve deleted the cache folder and now seems to work. Thank you!
