    Hello!

    Following SQL RAM problems with my OVH host, I decided to install W3 to use a complete caching system. I did various tests and I arrived at correct settings with the capabilities of my shared server (no memcached, no redis, no possibility of modifying the database configuration, etc.).

    However, for a few days now, it has been impossible for me to clear the cache via W3, I always get a 500 error. I have to rename the cache folder in wp-content, then delete it afterwards.

    Could you help me ? Please.
    Thank you in advance and have a nice day ??

    Hello @desben

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    All 500 errors are logged. Can you please enable

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    ?in your?wp-config.php?file, will log all errors, notices, and warnings to a file called?debug.log?in the?wp-content?directory.

    Try purging the cache and check the debug.log.

    Thanks!
