Cache Query Strings

Hi Dan,
If you want to ignore certain query strings there are basically 2 ways you can achieve that:

1. Using the Worker Mode: When using the worker mode it automatically ignores a huge range of query strings. But unfortunately the ones you have mentioned i.e. ref and _gl are not present in the list. But you can easily overwrite the default worker code and add new extra items you like to add there.
