Cache reset every two minutes, preload not working

Super Cache keeps resettings the cache very two minutes, I never had mode than 80 files cache. I disabled the dinamic part of it, garbage collection was never below 600 minutes, but it still kept resetting cache.
Aside of this, preload mode won’t work, and I’m guessing it has something to do with the cache being automatically reset.
I’ve tried mod_rewrite and PHP, both giving me the same problem.
