I use W3 total cache to improve the performance

    – I want to enable caching page using querystrings.
    – When I go to the settings/page caching there is an option called “cache URIs with query strings variables.
    – This is now disabled.
    – I cannot enable it, the box is light grey and I cannot place a checkmark

The reason why I want to enable it is because of the many css-files that have an “?ver=” in the url.

Can anybody tell me how to enable it?

    Hello,

I think it has something to do with the Page cache method. If You have Disk: Enhanced selected, it requires apache mods to be enabled. Can you please run Compatibility Check in Performance>Dashboard and share your results.
You can use Disk: Basic and you will have that option enabled.

    Hello,
Just spoke with the team. “cache URIs with query strings variables.” is available only with Disk: Basic Caching method or any other Memory-based cache.
It is not available with Disk: Enhanced.
