Cache wpo-minify javascripts

Hello,
when I test my site through gtmetrix I am suggested to leverage browser caching for https://www.mysite.it/wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/1600790958/assets/wpo-minify-footer-098a1cbb.min.js and a bunch of other javascripts that, I suppose, WP-O uses to minify CSS, HTML and JS.
Page caching is already enabled; why is it not working for these files?
