Cacheable resources are not displayed

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    The links you share are the external resources and yes they are showing in the Gtmerix report but no plugin and even W3 Total Cache cannot handle those requests as they are coming from the external server.
    I’ve checked your website and the cookie notice is showing. Here is the link on how to integrate Stackpath CDN with W3 Total Cache.
    Again those resources are coming from external servers and cannot be handled by any plugin or be served from the CDN as they are not on your server.

    Effectively under Chrome for example, it works, but not on Firefox! I can’t believe I didn’t think about it, yesterday I opened both browsers!

    Thank you very much, but I want to clarify that the site is on a LiteSpeed web server! This might explain that.

    I will continue reading your link, this is very interesting, because it refers to the difficulties I encounter.
