One of my sites was really screwed up this morning. The layout was out of whack and the site navigation wasn’t functioning correctly. This was happening on all browsers at my location and my client’s.

It looked like it was missing some CSS and JS code, so I deleted my cache and minified CSS/JS and everything went back to normal. Neither I nor my client had worked on the site since some time yesterday.

Any thoughts?

when you disable “combine css”, is the problem solved?

I couldn’t get it to mess up again. Everything is fine now. Just a very odd happenstance.

I’ve had this happen a couple more times to other sites. Every once in a while, the cached CSS/JS seems to be missing code. It seems very random, but I have only noticed it on sites hosted on the same server running LiteSpeed. Any known issues with LiteSpeed?

Yes, although I think the first time it happened was on a non-https site. The other times were definitely on https sites.

This happened long after activating https. But, just for kicks, I’ll deactivate/reactivate it on those sites.

And don’t get me wrong, your plugin is outstanding and has worked very well on our 25+ websites. This is a minor blip that seems to be very random and has only happened a handful of times.
