    Hello @anand99

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
When did you start to experience the issue? When you say that the issue was not there previously, have you made any changes in W3 Total Cache before the issue started to occur?
Try Disabling the cache-control, expires header and set last modified in Performance>Browser Cache>HTML&XML, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!

i have not made any changes in w3tc cache other than pausing cloudfare through cloudfare account,, i not really sure when the issue started ,,most probably 1-2 weeks(this issue was not there always but intermittently)

yes i think with the new setting the issue is solved but my gt metrix score has gone down

    before changing settings https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.jackbite.com/zVH73l5i

    Hello @anand99

Thank you for the information and I am glad that the issue is resolved.
The Gtmetrix score is not related to the options you disabled but with the redirects of the short pixel images
The page loading time is improved as I can see in the latest gtmetix report:
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.jackbite.com/xRaEKje7
    Thanks!

but what caused the issue , i was running w3tc with cache-control, expires header and set last modified in Performance>Browser Cache>HTML&XML enabled for many months without any issue

    Hello @anand99

The problem is with the expiry time. So as it’s being set to 1 hour, depending on when and which page you visit first it will remain cached in the browser.
So disabling this option is recommended when you have a login area and Page Cache enabled.
    Thanks!

    Hello @anand99

    1. Yes, you can but if you encounter the issue again, please disable them.
    2. As I’ve mentioned the header expires in the 3600s so possibly the cache expired and it was cached again when visited. Also, possibly the Cloudflare was taking care of this and it was not setting the expires header but when paused the issue started.
Keep the set expires header disabled in this case as you already have Page Caching enabled.
    Thanks!

I had same issue and this helped me as well. Thank you. W3TC team is awesome when it comes to “free” support. Thumbs up.
