Cached Site still available after Deinstall

After uninstalling the Plugin https://www.seat-styler.es/ in the Footer there is still the Message:

All files are removed and there is no wp_content/cache Content, wp-config is clear … so where do WordPress get this cached Site from and why?

Its grinding my gears because the Site is not in Spanish its the german Frontpage… Subpages however work fine… https://www.seat-styler.es/disenos-basicos/

Any Ideas?
