    My client uploaded some new products on their site. When a customer selects the variations they require, all the page options disappear, leaving only the product image. If you then click on another tab in your browser and then revisit the page, it is then working. I guess this must be some kind of caching issue as the page is not refreshing automatically. Products in other categories work as expected. Could this be linked to an upload error ?

    Hi,
    and thank you for writing in!

    That issue seems to be not related to YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.
    Maybe it could be due to your theme or to any plugin you have installed.

    To discover what is causing the issue you could try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce active, and activate a default WordPress theme (i.e:Twenty Twenty-One) and and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
    After discovering the plugin/theme that is causing the issue, you should try to contact its developers to check for the issue.

    Hi Leanza, I did as you suggested and it turned out that it is YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons Premium that is causing the issue. When I deactivate this plugin everything works correctly and the issue appears again when plugin is active.
