I am using this plugin https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-active-campaign/. It connects to Activecampaign.
I have asked support there but they can’t help.
Everytime when I activate the caching plugin it disables the connection with the plugin and Activecampaign.
I have tried disabling other plugins and the issue is really with the caching.

YITH asked me if you change “the method site_url() return?”
Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?
    Can I disable a setting?

    Hello @jonathanfokker,

You can try disabling the CSS, JavaScript and HTML optimizations one by one from your Dashboard > SG Optimizer > Frontend menu and check if one of them does not interfere.

If this is the case, you can leave this particular setting disabled and still take advantage of the rest of the features offered by the plugin.

If there is no difference, please provide us with the domain name of the affected website and the steps we should take to replicate the problems that you encountered. In case the site is hosted with SiteGround you are also welcome to open a support request from your Client Area so we can check the issue in more detail.

    Best regards,

I tried this but it didn’t work.
    This is the domain (staging).
    https://staging7.omzetcoach.nl
I can send you the login if you want. How do I do that?

People that order are NOT pushed to Activecampaign (no deep data) through the caching.

@jonathanfokker ?Please don’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines#the-bad-stuff

It is not OK to offer, enter, or send site credentials on these forums. If @dimodi takes you up on that, they could get in significant trouble here, so best not do that.

    Hello @jonathanfokker,

I checked the site, but it isn’t clear how I can recreate the problem on my end and test it, and completing an order requires a purchase.

Based on the limited information provided, I stopped the Memcache and File-based caching of your site, and you can check the results on your end. However, if none of them are causing the issue and your campaigns are still disconnected on the staging copy, we will need to recreate this on our end to check it further.

We will also need more information to recreate the issue on our end. We may also require additional steps on your end and set up a user for us and a test item for us to check.

As such are against the forum rules, it would be better to handle this through the Siteground ticketing system. Thus please submit a new ticket from your account with us, and we will check it further.
