We are using Event Calendar Newsletter in conjunction with Simple Calendar, which in turn pulls events from a public Google Calendar.

All of our event descriptions have been updated and are showing appropriately in Simple Calendar. Unfortunately, when I click “Generate Newsletter Formatted Events,” the previous descriptions are still showing.

I have tried clearing our website cache, to no avail. I have also logged out and back in and deleted and re-installed the plugin.

    Hi @byjoveco !

The cache is determined by the calendar plugin in this case. When editing a calendar in Google Calendar Events, under Calendar Settings, there’s an Advanced tab. At the bottom there’s a Cache setting and the Refresh Interval can be set here. I believe it defaults to 2 hours normally.

If you decrease that time, does that do the trick?

    Cheers!
