    Hi team,

    I have been using this plugin for almost a year and it has been fantastic. However, recently I have been experiencing which I believe may be down to caching. I use Litespeed Cache on this website and have now excluded all pages that are used by this plugin and your main plugin. Here’s a few of them;

    /sign-up/
    /book-a-class/
    /annual-re-registration/
    /parents/
    /membership-login/

I am hoping that this resolves the issue, as what is happening, is that when members sign in, they are not being redirected to the ‘Parents’ page, but back to the sign in page. This is quite random and seems to occur mainly with mobile devices, which is why I suspect caching is the issue. Please can you investigate this and address in the next update?

    Thanks

Hi, try adding the?“swpm_session”?cookie in the cache exclusion section for LiteSpeed Cache plugin. This is found in the LiteSpeed Cache plugin settings. Let me know if this helps you.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the issue persists, but it seems, only on mobile devices.

If I add swpm_session into the ‘Do Not Cache Cookies’ field in Litespeed Cache > Exclude Settings it makes no difference. When I log in as a parent (Subscriber) I am not taken to the /parent page as I have instructed in the ‘Membership Levels’ After Login Redirection Page.

I have even ticked the ‘Do Not Cache Roles’ box for Subscribers in Litespeed Cache and the issue persists.

As I said, I believe this is only happening with Mobile devices, which is strange in itself.

    Thanks

I am wondering have you also checked the following box Enable Redirect to Last Page. This is located in the addon’s settings.

Also, if you click on the Login Widget on the sidebar or the Login in your menu it will not redirect the member to the page or post they are visiting.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

The ‘Enable Redirect to Last Page’ is not ticked, which I believe is the correct configuration if I want the user to be redirected to a different url. Is this correct?

I have ticked the box that says ‘Allow Custom Redirections’ which again I believe to be correct?

    Yes that is correct.

Disable this option and carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Kind regards.

    Hey mbrsolution,

After a long diagnosis process with the WP Forms team, we have fixed most of the issues, however have established a conflict between the swpm plugin and WP Forms Square Addon. I will post this in your swpm support thread instead and we can close tis one down.

    Thanks
