Caching issues with IP address special mail tags

Here’s a sample link. We are collecting the IPs of the users filling in the contact form on all the pages on the site. And the IPs are mostly duplicates.

The client uses a Godaddy server with some web security product that uses its own cache. The issue is, the IP address for all the users is the same due to this caching. Even turning it off doesn’t help.

Can you be a bit more specific about this? Why do you think the issue is related to caching?
