• Hello, I am using [_remote_ip] special mail tag. The client uses a Godaddy server with some web security product that uses its own cache. The issue is, the IP address for all the users is the same due to this caching. Even turning it off doesn’t help. Does CF7 have any script/directory that I can exclude from caching? Thanks.

Where can we see the website in question?

Here’s a sample link. We are collecting the IPs of the users filling in the contact form on all the pages on the site. And the IPs are mostly duplicates.

Can you be a bit more specific about this? Why do you think the issue is related to caching?
