• Hello,

We’ve just moved from SiteGround to Krystal hosting but Super Page Cache is no longer working.

So far I have tried ‘reset all’ in the plugin and purging the cache, but receive the following error on test:

Page caching seems not working for both dynamic and static pages.

Error on dynamic page (https://pips-seedbank.co.uk): Cache status: BYPASS - Cloudflare has been instructed to not cache this asset. It has been served directly from the origin.

Error on static resource (https://pips-seedbank.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/assets/testcache.html): Unable to find the Cache-Control response header.

Please could you help me troubleshoot the issue?

    Best,
    Chris

    Hi,
from what I can see the cache is not working on your site due to cookies being loaded and set at the time of page load: https://i.imgur.com/6G9CCoB.jpeg

The plugin is loading perfectly and all the header values are right as well. But I’ve said this many times before that when Cloudflare sees a custom cookie it doesn’t cache pages thinking the page content might be dependent on the cookie value and if the page is being served from cache, PHP don’t run so the site won’t be able to generate content dynamically based on the cookie value. So, CF doesn’t cache pages.

If you make sure that your request is cookie-free, Cloudflare will cache them.
