Caching of schema markup

    Hi,

    Is schema markup part of the page cached?

    The reason I ask — Google keeps adding/changing schema for things like products and I have to modify schema to keep up. But this also means thousands of products instantly get updated with new metadata and I do not really want to clear cache unnecessarily.

    the caching is per-page-basis

    so whatever the object you want to be cached , is a part of page(as within the HTML source code) , then yes, it will be cached alone with the page itself
