Caching on Windows/IIS

I know that it’s possible to implement a caching option for WordPress on Unix/Linux, but is there a Windows option?

As my site gets more popular I’d like to implement a cache, but when I tried to do this (with the usual / most popular cache plugin out there) it required symbolic links to be setup – which is very much a unix thing.

Anyone got caching working on a Windows/IIS config? If so – can you tell me how please? Thanks.
