Caching Problem

Very bad experience.
I have contacted the support team to solve my problem, where the Wishlist was not updated immediately (due to caching issue).They replied that I must disable the cache everywhere I used the Wishlist button!!
I really disappointed, because this means that I have to disable the cache from: (product catalogue pages, product page, home page-because it contains some products, my Wishlist archive) in other words, I have to disable the cache from the whole website!!
