Caching Problems W3 Total Cache – WP Super Cache

Hi this is Ivan from Spain, a jigoshop customer for our online shop.

Thanks so much for your amazing ecommerce plugin, we have been working over jigoshop for the last 4 years with an impressive result.
Right now, we need to improve our page loading times a bit with cache solutions like W3T or WpSuper Cache.

Followed the detailed instructions show on this thread by Jigoshop, but no luck:

We face allways the same problem: cart doesn’t update after Add To Cart action, neither message “Product Added to Cart” is displayed on screen.

We have searching all around the web for a solution, but no luck for us, so we are afraid those caching plugins need more customization in order to work with jigo, perhaps excluding a database query or some cookies from being cached, but we didnt find the answer yet, so any advice on this will be much appreciate.

Actually working with Jigo 1.17.15 under wordpress 4.3 and genesis framework 2.
