Caching time not maching

Hi,

After setting up super cache, I am noticing that nothing is being delivered from cache. After setting up debugging (link here : https://pastebin.com/ZBHsNLiV ) I am noticing that the timestamp is not showing.

at the end of both pages I am seeing the closing HTML tag.

at the end of the source I am seeing no supercache messages.

I am using mod_rewrite()

I am also using CloudFlare in conjunction with CloudFront (S3) CDNS.

I have also disabled WP Minify to help me with css / javascript debugging
