Caching time-to-live 1not working

Thank you for your awesome work, really reamarkable, and the best optimization plugin Ive experienced so far.

Just a little issue or maybe correction case:
The parameter Caching time-to-live seems not to be working , at least at my host on Optimal set

The directory s or other custom is created correctly, but it just wont clear files, which makes my hosting size big

Can you take a look, please?
