There are two problems here: advanced-cache.php and the tester.

Is the plugin installed in wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/ ?

Edit wp-content/advanced-cache.php and check if it looks like https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/blob/trunk/projects/plugins/super-cache/advanced-cache.php

Edit your wp-config.php and check that WPCACHEHOME points at the place this plugin is installed.

Sometimes, it’s better to uninstall and install the plugin again and that will fix it.

As for the tester, it means your site can’t make requests to itself. Your hosting provider can help with that. But you can test it manually yourself by examining the source code of your site. Look at the bottom of the page.
