Caching with old url?

I’m using this plugin to cache my website now, but after sometime (maybe like a few hours), the cache will reload with my old url (it’s a static IP before moving to SSL with domain name e.g. 52.77.189.240), therefore my CSS stylesheets, images etc won’t work as all of those are pointing from the old URL instead of my new URL (domain as URL instead of static IP).
So far, when I find out that the site’s cache is messed up, after I cleared cache and the minified CSS files, the site will go back to normal and properly cached with the latest URL (CSS, images etc all working with the domain URL) temporarily until the next few hours, but if I want to continue using this plugin, then I’ll need to set the Timeout Rule to every few hours so that the cache clearing can be automated instead of me doing it manually every time.Is there any way to solve this issue? Or this plugin will become not that useful as the cache is cleared every hours. If you need any further clarifications or screenshots, just let me know.
