Cagetory that will show sub category inside

    Hello good day we would like to buy Pro Plug-in but before we would like if it is possible that based on my screenshoot there will be another category will show like for example main category and then under that it will also show sub category let me know if it will be possible please see the screenshoot attached. Thanks!
