    Dear Diane,

    Please be informed that only the following field types can be used as calculated fields- Simple text (Text), Hidden field (Text) and Amount(Payment).
    Simple text (text), Single and Multiple choice options, Select, Date and Time these fields can be inserted within operation text area.

    Is there anyway to make a table of those fields manually (i.e. html?) perhaps.

    Unfortunately, no. However, you can create a table view using inputs with multiple columns.

    Could you explain how I would do that? I did select Table of Fields which created a matrix. Are you talking about something different?

    Dear Diane,

    Thus, “Table of Fields” field cannot be used as a calculated field, we offer you to create manually fields using “Single Line Text” field.
