Calculate price – get it into shopping cart

Hi, I’m new to WordPress and I could use some help.

I’m making a website for 3D printing service. Customer uploads a 3d model in .stl file and then a Java script counts it’s volume and price. Customer can also choose color and type of material.

I need to paste this price into some shopping cart together with color and material type and allow the customer to upload another model.

Could you please suggest some shopping cart / payment plugin / ecommerce plugin that would allow me to use such dynamic price? The price is different for each model and depends on the volume.
