The recalculate function is the correct way to go.
You just do 159*0,79 That should do the trick.

If you’re not familiar with using filters in your wp-admin, the best and easiest way to do this is by using a plugin like “Code Snippets” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/code-snippets/).
