    Hi there,

we are still using the basic version of this plugin and we are facing a problem right now. Basically the currency standard for this shop is CHF. We now did set up EUR zone for customers outside Switzerland. Initially we had to define a exchange rate for EUR, but we use the manual pricing option in Product Settings for the new EUR zone defined.

For some reason the shop is still using the exchange rate instead of the manual product we did set up. Any idea how this can be solved?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
This issue is usually related to the WooCommerce option Prices entered with tax.

Did you enter prices inclusive of tax? If you set the WooCommerce option Prices entered with tax to “I will enter prices inclusive of tax” when you set a price in the wp-admin, you are setting the price with the taxes of your shop base country. So, on the front-end, WooCommerce will subtract your shop base location taxes and will add the tax for the customer country.

    Regards,
    Oscar

Awesome, thank you very much Oscar. I’ve tested it with one product and seems to work fine now.

    Have a nice day!
