• Is there away to apply the rule to the subtotal price not the total?

The order of operations now goes:
Subtotal –> Taxs –> Discount Rule –> Total
    Id like it to go:
Subtotal –> Discount Rule –> Taxs –> Total

    Is this possible?

    Hi

My I know the type of discount scenario you are using ?
Are your prices “inclusive of taxes” or excluding taxes (I mean the WooCommerce -> Tax configuration )

In general, when you use a price adjustment type rules, the discount applies using the same concept as the WooCommerce’s Regular Price – sale price calculation.
In you use any cart adjustment types, they work like the WooCommerce’s default coupons.

Also is it possible to provide us a screenshot of the rule configuration and the cart page ?

This will help us understand better and guide you.

    Thanks

I have the same issue. Here are my settings:
    – WooCommerce -> Tax configuration >> No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax
    – VAT: 21%

    Expected behavior:
    – discount applies on excl amount, instead, it applies on incl amount.

Where can I send the screenshots?

Is it possible to share a screenshot link by opening a ticket at our support section ?

Also, can you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Coupons
    2. Create a coupon with the coupon type as: Fixed cart amount (it can be a 50 EUR coupon) https://www.evernote.com/l/Ajwr2I6q7zhMCY3qUxx93RvTKA8RKRd95Cw
    3. Save
    4. Add a product to cart and then apply the coupon created.

Do you see the same issue ?

    Thanks
