Hi,

The issue is: in checkout page, shipping fee does not update when I enter specified postcode in the shipping zones.

My shipping zones are:
1 – Zone name: Kaula Lumpur Charged Delivery. State: Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia. Inserted postcodes: 55600, 55601, 55602, 55603, 55604, 55605. Delivery methods: Flat rate. Tax Status: None. Cost: RM15.

2 – Zone name: Kaula Lumpur Free Delivery. State: Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia. Inserted postcodes: 44300, 44301, 44302, 44303, 55304, 55305. Delivery methods: free delivery.

I have all these settings in Woocommerce shipping zones

In Checkout page, I want to update the shipping method from free shipping to flat rate when the customer insert postcode of Kuala Lumpur Charged Delivery. Unfortunately this is not happening. Please refer to the checkout page (https://ciptaasia.com/willows/checkout/) for your reference.
Your help is highly appreciated.

Note:
* I am using WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin to manage checkout page.
* I found an issue here in Woocommerce support but they solved it privately https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/calculate-shipping-by-post-code/

Hi @saalemwordpress ,

Could you please share screenshots of your shippings zone setup? First a screenshot of the overview of all zones, then one for each of the zones settings (zip codes / locations).

Once we see the zone setup, we’ll be able to proceed further with troubleshooting this.

Hi @saalemwordpress ,

Thank you for sending the screenshots. You have Kuala Lumpur added as a shipping zone region in both the zones as seen here: https://d.pr/i/wnz5yZ

In this case, the broader Kuala Lumpur geographical area would supersede the smaller pin code based regions and thus the zone will not work as you expect.

To fix this, please remove Kuala Lumpur as shipping region from both the zones and keep only the postcodes as seen in this example: https://d.pr/i/xFR8S6

That should get the shipping zones to work as expected.

Thank you for the assist and sharing the solution. Although I was trying the solution you suggested but I found out that the problem is causing by WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/.

I will write them to look for the solution.
